Gate 2 — Soil & Foundation
Soil testing and concrete cube tests are verified and shared with you before the foundation is poured.
Gate 3 — Structural Certification
Superstructure work proceeds under curing discipline, with structural certification checked at each level.
Gate 4 — Brickwork & MEP
Brickwork, plaster, and MEP concealment are inspected before walls close — the last chance to verify what you won’t be able to see again.
Gate 5 — Finishing & Material Selection
Final material selection and smart systems are installed exactly as specified in your Material DNA — no substitutions.
Gate 6 — Snag List Resolution
A full walkthrough identifies every outstanding item, resolved before handover — not after.
Gate 7 — Key Ceremony
Handover documentation — as-built drawings and a maintenance guide — is delivered as a brand artifact, not an afterthought.

Every active project receives a daily WhatsApp update at 5:30 PM with geo-tagged site photographs. Progress is reported specifically — what was completed, what is next — not in vague reassurances.
Liquidated damages for delay
If a milestone is missed, Apex applies liquidated damages of 0.5% per week of delay — because deadlines are engineered, not hoped for.
